Wolfgang Niebel, who holds a degree in transportation engineering (TU Dresden), has extensive experience in research on intelligent transportation systems, traffic data, digital infrastructures, and the economic evaluation of complex projects. Wolfgang also brings a wealth of experience in dealing with the public sector, which provides a solid foundation for his work on our diverse toll and mobility projects.
